Travel Preparation
Preparing for your trip
Travel documents
Each traveler is responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents that comply with both the airline's requirements and the entry requirements of the destination country. Any fees or additional costs resulting from missing or invalid documents are the passenger's responsibility. To ensure compliance with all regulations, KosovaTicket recommends that you always have a valid passport and, if necessary, a visa.
Check-in
We recommend that all travelers arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure to check in for KosovaTicket flights, as the counters close 40 minutes before departure.
Unaccompanied children
Special regulations apply to children traveling alone to ensure their safety. Parents are advised to prepare the trip carefully with their child. Note: Online booking for unaccompanied children is currently not possible.
Children who travel without an accompanying adult aged 15 or over are considered to be travelling alone at KosovaTicket:
- Children aged 5 to 11 who travel without an adult companion
- Children aged 3 to 5 who travel with an accompanying adult aged 12 to 15
At the parents' request, supervision during the trip can also be organised for young people aged 12 to 18. The booking must be made by the parents or the person who picks up the child. Please ensure that you have all the necessary documents ready.
Assistance for passengers with special needs
The airline offers special services at the airport and on board for travelers with special needs. Specially trained staff are available to assist passengers on departure and arrival. Most airports provide wheelchairs and transportation with companions free of charge. On our aircraft, the armrests are adjustable. We recommend that passengers using wheelchairs come to check-in 120 minutes before departure.
